Private Tour Fee

1. Guide fee (standard guide fee x number of days of activity) + 2. Guide expenses + 3. Other expenses

*The above does not include your accommodation, transportation, or other facility fees. Please prepare these separately.

*If multiple people are applying, the fee should be paid by the representative.

1. Guide fee (predetermined guide fee x number of days of activity)

• Regardless of the meeting time, the number of days of the activity will be counted in one-day units.

• ・Guide ratio (number of guests per guide) varies depending on the tour.

• ・If the number of participants exceeds the ratio, we will arrange for a support guide, so please contact us for details when applying.

Snow-free season climbing guide fee

Number of participants: 1 person ¥35,000/day 2 people ¥20,000/day each

Snow season climbing guide fee

Number of participants: 1 person ¥40,000/day 2 people ¥25,000/day each

Ski guide fee

Number of participants: 1 person ¥40,000/day 2 people ¥25,000/day each

2. Guide fee

• ・Guide expenses include the guide's transportation, accommodation, meals, facility fees, etc.

• ・We will inform you of the cost details when we discuss the tour details, and please divide the cost among the number of participants.

3. Other Expenses (Updated for 2024)

• You may be required to pay the following costs.

• ・Pre-day and post-day restraint fee: 25,000 yen/day or 12,500 yen/half day + accommodation fee

• ・Mountain activities of 8 hours or more: 10,000 yen/day

• ・Tent or shelter accommodation: 10,000 yen/day

• ・Reserve day: 10,000 yen/day

• *Please prepare your own meals for the tent stay.

• *No refunds will be given if you do not use the reserve day.

<Cancellation fee>

・If you cancel your participation for personal reasons

Up to 15 days before: No cancellation fee will be charged

2 weeks to 4 days in advance: 50% of the guide fee

3 days to 1 day before: 80% of the guide fee

On the day, or if you do not show up on the day without notice: 100% of the guide fee

・If the trip is cancelled or changed due to force majeure such as bad weather or local conditions Cancellation before or at the time of meeting: Full refund of tour fee

Cancellation after departure for a day trip: No refund

If the contents of a multi-day climb are changed and the schedule is shortened: a partial refund will be given.

If you change the contents of a multi-day hike but do not change the dates: No refund

*In all cases, actual expenses (transportation costs, accommodation cancellation fees, etc.) and refund fees will be deducted.
